Letter sent to the incompetent Preston Coroner James Adeley. He just doesn't get it or maybe he does from David Jones.
He told the coroner (Nicola 'no clue' Munday) what he wanted to hear its such a massive cover up my fathers inquest no wonder the doctors and David Jones Solicitors looked at ease they knew the outcome.

Email sent to Nicola Mundy Incompetent Coroner of the highest order.

I would like you to forward the references of the sentences you used at Russell Buck Highton's Inquest on June 11th 2008 at Ormskirk coroners court. It relates to the two following sentences and were they were resourced from they obviously didn't come from you because your not medically trained and you don't work at the hospital.
