Andrew Foster Wrightington Hospital Chief Executive Officer are you kidding me? Since his appointment at Wrightington hospital its had the highest death rate in the UK 2007-09 was the worst death rate ever and they can't even explain it. He came from Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre NHS Trust which is also under investigation for high death rates, lack of care and incompetence.
