he unlawfully killed my father on ward 6 at Wrightington hospital my father had an earlier DVT so this doctor interpreted this as don't need to do anything and guess what he didn't and my father died of a DVT.

My father never received any of these basic measures:

1) Ted compression stockings
2) Flo-tron boots
3) Impulse pads
4) Heparin injection
5) Mechanical device for circulation
6) Calf pump
7) Calf massage
8) Circulation check
