More and more evidence is coming out all the time its amazing that Wrightington hospital ignored all of the signs and symptoms of a DVT which my father had. Just one minute of common sense would have prevented his death. For example the oxygen mask on the ward and the low oxygen level in my fathers blood was a MASSIVE CLUE you complete idiots. However, you did give the wrong diagnosis of a chest infection incompetence at the highest level.
